Who are we?

Think You Know Scouting?

We are the 15th Gloucester (St. Peter’s) Sea Scouts, a very special group being the only Sea Scout group in Gloucestershire.

We currently have three sections, Beaver (5.75-8,) Cubs (8-10.5) and Scouts (10.5-14.) We also have Young Leaders (14-18) that work to complete their training in our sections and have grand aspirations for an Explorer unit (14-18) in the future.

How is a Sea Scout Group different from Normal Scouts?

Well, we are essentially the same in that we deliver the same high quality programme and activities only ours are heavily based on/ in/ around and about water! The lower two sections wear the same uniform as a normal group but our Scout section wears a Blue Jumper instead of the green shirt. Our leaders are also found in blue shirts instead of the beige shirts that other groups wear.
